At CTRING, we offer advanced and customized DVR technology and software solutions. In 2010 we launched our own brand, CTR, based on high technology and OEM & ODM experiences of supplying DVRs to world-class security equipment manufacturers and distributors. The launch of CTR brand will bring CTRING one step closer to the world`s best DVR manufacturer.

History In 1999 CTRING started its business as a DVR research and development company. In those days, only analog recording systems were used in all of security device market to protect and monitor the physical spaces. CTRING's engineers had the intuition that those typical analog recording architecture would be replaced to digital recording system within a few years and believed that direction of the future will turn to customer based user-friendly digital architecture. Thus, CTRING planned the first real time D1 High-Resolution system. In 2007, after several years of research and development, CTRING finally succeeded in developing D1 real time High-Resolution DVR, O series. Because it needs the highest level of technology to make D1 real time High-Resolution DVRs, only a few DVR manufacturers can make D1 real time High-Resolution DVR in the world. With this remarkable technology advancement, in 2008, CTRING awarded as a Korea¡¯s the most promising SME. In 2009 CTRING introduced all new line-up, P, H, S series, adopting H.264 (main profile) compression codec in the DVR market. Also CTRING established US branch and warehouse operation in Irvine, California for fast delivery and customer support.
